My Vision

includes helping others achieve their personal health and fitness goals.  My approach to physical training is diverse – focusing on balance, strength, endurance, high-intensity interval training, cardio, and core.  The workouts are never the same (ask my clients) and you will always leave feeling alive!

I was a Certified Medical Assistant for 25 years before moving full-time into the fitness industry. I am constantly working at being the best version of myself and helping others do the same.
